Sales Rep

Location: Remote

We are looking for an energetic and results oriented sales person.  They will sell our Automotive Shop Management System (SMS) software.  The software allows auto shops to estimate, track, invoice and manage all work in a shop, it utilizes current technologies such as texting, email, smart phone apps and multiple integration points.  The Shop Methods apps target independent service providers who may:

• Want to streamline their shops processes
• Using an older less effective system
• Looking for a competitive advantage
• Wish to communicate with customers using today’s technology

Our cloud based, SaaS (Software as a Service), package utilizes automated email and texting to streamline the communications between business owners, customers, and vendors.  Our goal is to provide software that makes a shop owner’s job easier and helps them grow their business.
Ideal candidates for this position will have:

• Have an existing network of automotive contacts to be utilized immediately (National or local)
• Understands the shop process and culture
• Understands technology and how it can help a shop
• Great communicator
• Results oriented
• Desire to earn high commissions

Our sales environment is extremely flexible, work from home, flexible hours, and other benefits.  But applicants must be prepared for our fast pace schedules and be responsive to customers and management via phone/text/email.  

Should have exceptional communication skills and be able to present our products to potential customers through online presentation software such as GoToMeeting, Zoom, UberConference, etc. (we will provide access to the necessary tools)

Responsibilities will include:

• Building prospect lists from a variety of sources
• Calling on shops via phone (in person when their area)
• Documenting prospect contacts in our CRM system
• Working with others in our organization and being a team play to close business
• Cold calling using a script and free form
• Managing existing accounts with goal of selling software or professional services
• Performing demonstrations online via Zoom
• Attending trade shows
• Assisting management in developing sales strategies
• Email drip campaigns
• Possible social media posting
• Working with others in our organization and being a team play to close business

Work schedule is very flexible and compensation includes very high commissions, possible base and possible profit sharing for successful sales people.
